SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

At Burkhan Khaldun Group, our corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts focus on contributing to local development, supporting the growth of youth and children, preserving national heritage, and promoting community well-being.
Community Development Initiatives
Through the Darkhan Nutag Development Fund and NGO, we have actively participated in numerous local projects, including:

• Restoration and donation of the Wedding Palace in Darkhan city in 2016.
• Construction of a 29-unit residential apartment complex in the “Urgöö” district (2006).
• Financial assistance to over 300 vulnerable households.
• Donation of emergency response vehicles to the Darkhan-Uul Provincial General Hospital (2007, 2010).
• Development of children’s playgrounds, lighting infrastructure upgrades, and creation of public monuments.
• Implementation of the “Alcohol-Free Darkhan” campaign, providing rehabilitation to over 500 individuals and improving the quality of life for many families.

Support for Sports and Culture
We are committed to supporting various sports and cultural activities to engage youth and promote healthy lifestyles. Our contributions include:
“Burkhan Khaldun” National Archery Team (est. 2001)
Produced multiple national champions and master athletes.
Achievements include:

• 1 Hero of Labor of Mongolia
• 1 State Honored Athlete
• 4 Nationally Titled Archers
• 12 Sports Masters
• Gold medals in national and international team competitions (2018, 2020, 2023)

Boxing Club (est. 2010):

• Competed successfully in national and international tournaments.
• Achievements include:
• 25 National Gold Medals
• 33 Silver Medals
• 48 Bronze Medals
• National Youth Champion as a team
• Hosted the “Darkhan Cup” boxing tournament 7 times

Equestrian Sports:

• Led by Mr. N. Munkhdash, a top-ranked national horse trainer (“Manlai Uyaach” titleholder).
• “Burkhantiin Khurd” horse training association has won multiple national races and promotes selective breeding programs to improve horse pedigrees.
